About Regulatory Documents
What formats do you provide?
Normally an electronic format: Adobe Acrobat or MS Word. Other formats available if required.
Upon your request, codes can be printed and dispatched out as a paper copy - additional fees apply.
What language do you translate to/from?
We are specialized in providing Ukraine codes and regulations in English. Codes in other languages can be provided as well upon request.
How can you guarantee the quality of your documents?
Each RG translator works within a specific industry field such as electrical engineering, geology, or construction. He/she has a University degree and extensive technical background in the relevant industries. Each one has over five years of technical translation experience and has passed an examination before working for UkraineLaws. This enables us to guarantee the quality of our translations.

How can you verify that your documents perfectly match the content of the Ukraine original?
Each document in English is verified against the original and official version of the Ukraine document. We use only official regulatory sources to make sure you have the most recent version of the document from the reliable official sources.
Do you sell Ukraine originals?
Our specialty is translation of Ukraine codes to English and other languages but we can also assist you with obtaining original codes, laws, or regulations in Ukraine.
Do you provide translated codes in other languages?
We specialize in providing Ukraine codes and regulations in English. Codes in other languages can be provided as well upon request.
Licenses
What does the license agreement include?
By agreeing to make a purchase of our product our Customer agrees to follow our End-User License Agreement. It allows one document per one user for use on a single PC, with no rights to duplicate, reproduce, sell, transfer, distribute, or modify.
How many licenses can I buy?
Multiple licenses are available. Please contact us for details.
Can I print the document?
Yes, the document can be printed for a personal use as long as there is no intent to further duplicate or distribute the product.
Regulatory Updates
What happens if the document is updated?
Upon agreement with our Customer, UkraineLaws can send quarterly updates, describing what regulatory revisions have been implemented. If a new update is enacted, it can be translated at an additional charge.
Can you update the document? How much will it cost?

I have purchased a document that is not current. Can you update it for free?
Our company stands behind the quality of our products. We provide free updates if the document has a newer version at the date of purchase.
Placing Orders
How can I place my order?
Please select the document, proceed to a Checkout page and select the form of payment of your choice. We accept all major Credit Cards and Bank Wire Transfers. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout.
How long does it take to process an order?
Normally, an order is verified and processed within 24 hours.
For items in stock, the document/web link is e-mailed to you so that you can detach/download it form the web.
For items out of stock (third party supply) you will be notified which items need additional time. We normally supply such items in less than three days.
Can I have an invoice?
Yes. Please provide us the list of documents that you would like to purchase along with your company’s information and we will generate an invoice for you.
Do I receive a receipt? Can it be in paper?
A receipt is normally generated automatically at checkout. This can be printed for your records. Please feel to contact us if further assistance is required.
My company requires an Agreement, an Invoice, and Handover Act before making a payment. Can this be arranged? (normally with Ukraine-based customers)
An Agreement, an Invoice, and Handover Act can be arranged and signed if required by your Bank or Tax Institution.
Making a Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards and Bank Wire Transfers. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout. Please contact us for any additional arrangements.
Can we receive the document before the payment goes through?
We normally receive and verify the payment before providing products or services. For repeat customers we may discuss additional conditions.
Do you work with contract agreements, PO?
Purchase Orders and additional agreements can be accepted from our repeat customers with an established business history. Please contact us for further details.
Becoming a Distributor
Can my company become a distributor?

Translation services
Can we order a translation of a document that is not in your database?
Yes. We have a long-established expertise in Regulatory and Technical translations.
How long does it take to translate it?
Depending on the document size and complexity, our team completes translations between two and seven business days.
How much will it cost?
In addition to the lowest prices on the internet for any Ukraine codes and regulations we provide very competitive translation rates to our customers. Please provide us with the description of your project and we will be happy to give you the best price.
Who retains the translation copyrights?
UkraineLaws and its subsidiaries or suppliers normally retain the copyrights. They can be released to our customer at an additional charge.
